By accessing or using the Funraise AI platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No charges will be applied if you cancel before the trial period ends.
  • Billing Cycles: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial billing cycles.

3. Limitation of Liability

The "Fit Score," "Investment Memo," "Growth Simulations," and all other analysis tools provided by Funraise AI are for informational and decision-support purposes only.

They DO NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Funraise AI is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from your reliance on our data or AI-generated insights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited actions include:

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code or underlying AI models of the Platform.
  • Using the Platform to build a competitive product or service.
  • Using automated systems ("bots") to access or scrape data from the Platform.
  • Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Funraise AI and its licensors. Your uploaded data remains your property, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing the Service to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
